Igreja Cristã Batista Plenitude — Terms of Use and Code of Conduct
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Acceptance.
By using this app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service.
The app offers devotional, educational and informational content from the Church (services, events, news, video messages, Bible reading, games, coloring, AI-assisted features and prayer requests), free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature.
3. Eligibility and accounts.
You must be 18, or have your parent's or guardian's consent (see the Privacy Policy for children). Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
4. Code of Conduct.
In all messages, prayer requests, names, profile photos and other content, you agree not to:
- post content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, violent, sexual or obscene;
- harm, exploit or endanger minors in any way, including requesting their personal information;
- impersonate any person, the Church or its leaders;
- share another person's private information without permission;
- post spam, advertising, commercial offers or chain messages;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
- promote illegal activity;
- misuse AI features, including attempting to bypass safety filters or extract system instructions;
- attempt to access admin areas or other users' data, or to disrupt, overload, scrape or attack the app.
5. Moderation and enforcement.
We may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, remove content, limit features (including AI), suspend or close accounts, block access, and report illegal conduct to authorities. Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent removal.
6. Your content.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant the Church a free, non-exclusive license to store, process and display it only as needed to operate the app. Prayer requests are read only by the pastor, for prayer, and are never published.
7. Not a substitute for professional or emergency help.
Pastoral content, prayer and AI features do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (in Brazil: SAMU 192, police 190; emotional support CVV 188; in the US: 911 or 988).
8. AI features.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and does not represent official Church doctrine unless stated. Verify important information with Scripture and Church leadership.
9. Donations.
Contributions are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Always confirm PIX and bank details before transferring; the Church is not responsible for transfers sent to incorrect details or through fraudulent channels imitating the Church.
10. Intellectual property.
Texts, images, videos, drawings, logos and software belong to the Church or their respective owners and are for personal, non-commercial use. Bible texts and third-party materials follow their own licenses. To report infringement, email lideranca@igrejacristaplenitude.com.
11. Third-party services.
The app uses services such as Google, YouTube and maps. We are not responsible for their availability or content.
12. Disclaimer.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the Church, its leaders and volunteers are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or damages resulting from user content, third-party services or misuse of the app.
14. Indemnification.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate the Church for losses caused by your violation of these Terms or of third-party rights.
15. Changes.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after the update means acceptance.
16. General.
If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of João Pessoa — PB have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights. Portuguese prevails over translations.
