Privacy Policy.

This app and website are operated by Igreja Cristã Batista Plenitude ("the Church", "we"), Av. Gen. Edson Ramalho, 750 — Manaíra, João Pessoa — PB, 58038-100, Brazil. We are the data controller. Contact and privacy requests: lideranca@igrejacristaplenitude.com.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not show third-party ads or build advertising profiles. We collect only what the app needs to work.

• Without an account: most content can be used without signing in. We process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service (IP address, device and browser type, pages requested, error reports).
• Account data: name, email address and profile photo (if you add one). If you use "Continue with Google", we receive only your name, email and public profile photo.
• Your activity: Bible reading progress, memorized verses, games and scores, achievements, saved items and coloring pages you save.
• Prayer requests: the text you choose to send. You may send it without showing your name.
• Notifications: if you allow push notifications, a device notification token.
• AI features: text you type into features powered by artificial intelligence.
• Security records: IP address, request counts, and — only when our safety filter blocks a request — a short excerpt (up to 500 characters) of the blocked text.

Prayer requests and some activity may reveal religious beliefs or health information, which Brazilian law (LGPD, art. 11) treats as sensitive. We process this information only with your specific, highlighted consent, given when you submit it, and only to receive and respond to your request in prayer. You may withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect processing already carried out.

• Provide the app, your account and sync across devices — performance of a contract / your request.
• Receive and pray for your requests — specific consent.
• Send notifications you opted into — consent.
• Protect the app against abuse, fraud and attacks — legitimate interest.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to authorities — legal obligation.

Some features use an AI model (currently Google Gemini, accessed through our infrastructure provider's AI gateway) to generate content. The text you enter in these features is sent to that provider to produce a response. We do not use your prayer requests to train AI models. AI responses may contain errors and do not replace pastoral guidance. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in AI features.

• Prayer requests: only the pastor. They are never published.
• Rankings: if you appear in public game rankings, only your first name and last initial are shown.
• Church leadership: limited administrative access, only as needed.
• Service providers: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), sign-in (Google), AI processing (Google Gemini), video (YouTube) and maps. They act on our behalf or under their own policies, and may process data outside Brazil.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users, the Church or others.

Videos (YouTube) and maps embedded in the app are provided by third parties that may use cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and protect the app. We do not use advertising cookies.

Our providers may store or process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. We use providers that offer adequate safeguards, as permitted by the LGPD.

Account data and activity: while your account exists. Security records: for a limited period, then automatically deleted. After you request deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law or to defend legal rights.

Access rules ensure each user sees only their own records; prayer requests are visible only to the pastor; uploaded images are stored privately. No system is completely secure. If a security incident may cause relevant harm, we will notify affected users and the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as required by law.

Under the LGPD (and similar laws where you live), you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent, and you may file a complaint with the ANPD. Email lideranca@igrejacristaplenitude.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We may ask you to verify your identity.

Children's content is intended for use with a parent or guardian. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, and users aged 13–17 need parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without that consent. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

This policy is available in Portuguese and English. If there is a conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.
